Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed August 31, 2026.

Massage2Me (Massage2Me LLC, Wilmington, North Carolina) wants everyone to be able to read about our services and request a session, whatever device or assistive technology they use. This statement describes what we aim for, what we have done, where we still fall short, and how to reach us if something gets in the way. Last reviewed August 31, 2026.

Our commitment

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Accessibility is part of how we build and update the site, not a one-time task.

What we have done

Measures taken so far include:

  • Semantic HTML with landmarks, one main heading per page, and a logical heading order.
  • Keyboard operability, a skip-to-content link, and visible focus indicators on interactive elements.
  • Text, controls, and focus indicators designed for readable contrast without relying on color alone.
  • Reduced-motion support: animations are minimal and respect your system's reduced-motion setting.
  • Descriptive alternative text on images; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Touch and click targets sized for comfortable use on phones and tablets.
  • Separate keyboard-accessible Call and Text controls with descriptive names, plus a visible phone number so visitors can choose the contact method that works for them.

Known limitations

Some parts of the experience are provided by third parties and are outside our direct control:

  • Call and Text controls open the visitor's phone or messaging application, whose accessibility is controlled by the device and communications provider.
  • Deposit payment pages may be provided by a third party. If a payment page creates a barrier, call or email us so we can discuss another way to complete the booking.

Feedback and contact

If you find a barrier on this site, or need information in another format, please tell us. Email info@massage2me.org or call +1 (213) 563-9584. Describe the page and the problem you ran into. We aim to respond and address confirmed issues as soon as reasonably possible.

How we assessed this site

This statement is based on self-evaluation. We have not commissioned a third-party accessibility audit or made a formal conformance claim. We plan to use automated and manual testing as the site continues to evolve.

Date reviewed
