Craniosacral therapy is very light touch, held still and quiet. The therapist rests their hands at the head, the base of the spine, and a few other points, and stays there. There is little movement and no pressing. Most of the session is stillness.
The pressure is about the weight of a nickel. You stay fully clothed, lying on your back on the table. Many clients use it for stress and tension, or when they want something calmer than a standard massage. It can be a good fit if you are sensitive to pressure or want a session that asks nothing of you.
We come to your home, hotel, or office in Wilmington with the table, linens, and quiet music. Sessions run 60, 90, or 120 minutes, Monday to Saturday from 6 AM to midnight. Choose a room where you will not be interrupted, and give yourself a few minutes afterward before you get up and go.
