Information you choose to share

The website itself does not collect booking details. When you call or send a text, you may choose to share information that helps us review your request and arrive prepared. This may include:

Your name and the phone number used to contact us
Whether the session is at a home, hotel, or office, and whether you are arranging it for yourself, another person, or a group
A hotel or office name and room, suite, floor, access, or time-window details when relevant
The recipient's name when arranging a session for someone else, or a headcount for a group request
The address and city where you would like the session
The service, duration, and preferred date and time
Any other information you choose to include in the call or text

Health information you share

A call or text may include health details you volunteer, such as an injury, pregnancy, allergy, or a condition the therapist should know about. Please share only what is relevant and avoid including sensitive details in an initial text when a call would be more appropriate. We use information you share to plan and provide the requested session, not for marketing. Booking communications are not a substitute for any separate intake, consent, or treatment record used before or during a session.

What the website handles automatically

The website is mostly static pages. These limited functions run in the background:

The Home, Hotel, or Office selector uses session storage in your browser to remember that choice while the tab is open. The choice may also appear in links between relevant pages.
On the booking-options page, the selected location, service, and duration may be placed into a text-message draft on your device. The website does not send that draft. You can review, edit, or discard it before choosing whether to send it.
Vercel hosts the website and may process ordinary request and security information such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested page, time, and approximate region under its service settings.
Vercel Web Analytics provides basic page-view information and named interaction events, such as whether a Call, Text, or booking-options link was selected. Massage2Me does not send phone numbers, text-message bodies, or destination query strings as custom analytics event details. We use this information for basic site traffic and usability, not advertising or cross-site tracking.

How we use information

We use information you share by call or text to review your request, answer questions, offer an available time, plan the visit, arrange a deposit, reschedule, and provide the service. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use booking communications for advertising or marketing lists. We use aggregate website analytics to understand whether pages and contact options are working as intended.

Who may handle it

Information is handled only as needed to run the website and respond to requests. Depending on what you choose to use, this may include:

Vercel, Inc., which hosts the website and provides basic web analytics.
Your phone, messaging application, mobile carrier, and the business's communications provider when you place a call or send a text. Their handling is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Stripe, Inc., if you use a Stripe payment page for a deposit. Stripe processes the payment and card details; Massage2Me does not receive your full card number.
The Massage2Me therapist or staff member who reviews and manages the request.
Authorities or other parties when disclosure is required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to protect the safety of a therapist or client.

Text messages are optional

You may call Massage2Me instead of texting. Selecting Text on the website opens your messaging application and may prepare a draft containing the location, service, and duration you selected. Nothing is sent until you press Send. By sending a text, you are asking Massage2Me to reply about that request. Replies are one-to-one and transactional, such as discussing availability, arranging a deposit, or rescheduling. Massage2Me does not use that conversation for marketing texts or share your number for marketing. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency depends on the request. Reply STOP, call us, or email info@massage2me.org if you no longer want text replies, and we will honor the request as soon as reasonably possible.

How long information may remain

Massage2Me does not maintain customer accounts or a website booking database. Call and text details may remain in the business communications used to schedule and complete a session, handle follow-up, and keep basic business records for as long as reasonably needed or required by applicable law. Hosting, analytics, carrier, messaging, and security records are retained under the applicable provider's settings. Stripe keeps payment records as required for financial and legal purposes.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS and does not provide an online booking form or booking-submission endpoint. Calls and texts are handled by the devices, carriers, and communications services used by you and Massage2Me. Access to the business phone and email is limited to people who need it. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we aim to keep what we hold limited to what is reasonably needed.

Your choices

You can:

Call +1 (213) 563-9584 instead of sending a text.
Review, edit, or discard a prepared text draft before sending it.
Stop text replies by replying STOP, calling us, or emailing info@massage2me.org.
Ask what information Massage2Me holds about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@massage2me.org. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible and as required by applicable law.
Block or clear browser storage. The site will still work, though your Home, Hotel, or Office selection may reset.
Contact us if you live in a state with an applicable consumer privacy law and want to ask about rights that law may provide.

Children

Our website and services are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through this site. Sessions for minors are arranged by a parent or guardian, subject to consent and presence requirements explained before the session. If you believe a child has sent us information, email info@massage2me.org so we can review it and take appropriate action.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our tools or practices change. The effective date at the top will change, and the current version will be posted on this page. We will note material changes on the site for a reasonable period when appropriate.
