Terms and Booking Policies

Booking and confirmation

Calling or texting Massage2Me is a request, not a confirmed appointment. A therapist reviews the details with you and offers an available time. Your appointment is reserved only after you agree to the details and your deposit is paid. Texting is optional; you may call instead.

We take sessions Monday through Saturday, 6:00 AM to midnight, with at least 3 hours of lead time. Requests made with less notice may not be possible; call +1 (213) 563-9584 if you need something sooner.

Deposit and payment

A deposit of 30% of the service price holds your appointment. After confirming your time, we send a secure payment link using a contact method agreed with you. The remaining balance is due at the end of your session.

We accept card, cash, Zelle, Venmo, and PayPal. Tips are appreciated but never required.

Cancellations and no-shows

Plans change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. How a deposit is handled for a cancellation, rescheduling request, or no-show will be explained before you pay and confirmed with your appointment.

Late arrivals

If you are not ready or not present at the start time, we wait as long as the schedule allows and your session ends at the originally booked time. The price does not change.

If your therapist arrives late, you receive your full booked time or, if that is not possible, a proportional adjustment to the price.

Illness

If you are sick, please stay home and rest. Let us know as early as you can so we can discuss rescheduling and how any deposit will be handled. If your therapist is unwell, we will contact you to arrange another time or discuss your deposit.

Travel and service area

We serve Wilmington and nearby communities. Availability and any travel fee depend on the exact location and will be quoted before your appointment is confirmed.

What to prepare at your location

A little preparation goes a long way. Please have ready:

• A clear, quiet space of about 6 by 8 feet for the table and room for the therapist to move around it.
• Nearby parking or a clear place to unload the table and supplies.
• Pets in another room for the length of the session.
• A comfortable room temperature; a little warm is better than cool.
• Anyone else at the location aware that a session is in progress.

Conduct and right to refuse

Every session is strictly professional and non-sexual, and draping is maintained at all times. Any sexual comment, request, or behavior ends the session immediately.

Your therapist may decline to begin or may end a session at any time if you appear intoxicated, behave inappropriately, or the environment is unsafe. A session ended for these reasons may affect your deposit or the amount due; any charge will follow the booking terms confirmed with you and applicable law.

Your health information and responsibility

Massage is not a substitute for care from your doctor or other health provider. Before your session, tell your therapist honestly about any conditions, injuries, surgeries, medications, allergies, or pregnancy that could affect your session. Some conditions mean massage should be adjusted or postponed, and your therapist may decline or modify the session for your safety.

If you have a health concern, or you are pregnant, please check with your provider before booking and tell us about any restrictions they have given you. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you share and for telling your therapist during the session if anything feels wrong.

Minors

Clients under 18 may receive a session only with a parent or legal guardian present for the entire session and with that adult's consent. This site is not directed at anyone under 18.

Gift certificates

Gift certificates are available for $150, $200, $300, or a custom amount and may be applied to available services. Redemption, transfer, expiration, refund, and cash-value terms will be shown before purchase and will follow applicable law.

Memberships

Memberships are coming soon. No membership terms apply until they are published here.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by North Carolina law, Massage2Me LLC and its therapists are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from a session, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the session in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina to the extent applicable. Any venue or dispute procedure will be determined under applicable law unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. Changes apply to bookings made after they are posted.
