Cupping uses soft silicone or glass cups placed on the skin to create gentle suction. Instead of pressing into the muscle, the cups lift it. Your therapist may leave the cups still for a few minutes or glide them slowly along the back, shoulders, hips, or legs, and pairs the cupping with regular massage strokes so the session feels warm and unhurried.
The pull is unusual at first, then most people settle into it. You choose how strong the suction feels. Many clients use cupping for areas that stay stiff after long days at a desk, hard training, or driving, and it may help ease that tight, heavy feeling and support deeper relaxation and recovery.
Your therapist brings the table, fresh linens, oil, cups, and music, and sets up in about ten minutes in your living room, hotel room, or office. Sessions run 60, 90, or 120 minutes, Monday through Saturday, 6 AM to midnight. Clear a spot roughly seven feet by four feet and we handle the rest.
