Swedish massage is the classic full-body session. Long, gliding strokes, gentle kneading, and steady rhythm move over the back, shoulders, arms, and legs. You choose the pressure, and the therapist adjusts as you go. It is a good starting point if you have not had a massage in a while, or ever.
The pressure is light to medium. Nothing sharp, nothing forced. Most people close their eyes and stop tracking time. Many clients use it to unwind after a long week, ease everyday tightness in the neck and shoulders, or simply slow down.
We bring the table, warm linens, oil, and quiet music to your living room, hotel room, or office. Set-up takes about ten minutes; you just clear a space roughly seven by ten feet. Sessions run 60, 90, or 120 minutes, and we are available Monday through Saturday from 6 AM to midnight.
