Lymphatic drainage is one of the lightest sessions on our menu. The therapist uses slow, rhythmic strokes with very little pressure, moving in a set order across the neck, torso, arms, and legs. There is no deep work and no stretching. Most people find it quiet enough to drift off.
Many clients book it after long flights, long days on their feet, or when they feel puffy and heavy and want something gentle. It is designed to support relaxation, and it can be a good fit if firm pressure is not what you want right now. If you are under a provider's care, check with them first and tell us what they said.
We bring the table, linens, oils, and music and set up in your living room, hotel room, or office. Choose 60, 90, or 120 minutes, any day Monday through Saturday, 6 AM to midnight. When the session ends, we pack up and leave you where you are.
